Well, I think I'd be in trouble if I didn't take KingFrank (husband of 26 years). I'd love to talk to the Penvensie children actors, and to director Andrew Adamson.

That's cool. I wasn't sure if you were gonna take him or one of your kids. If I'd have been selected, I'd have tried to take my mom.

:) LOL. You know I love ya darlin, but I'd have to take the one who raised me on the books. After that if I didn't take Inkling after almost 6 years of friendship...I may be hunted down. But it would be fun! I say we have a whole TDL fieldtrip to New Zealand....they won't know what hit them.

MAY be hunted down ;). I agree...field trip time! Just imagine all of us in New Zealand! I'm afraid the country would never be the same *sigh*. One can but dream. You'd definitely be on my list, Jules.

I sure wish she'd take one of her kids. I keep telling her I'm obviously her back up choice if King Frank can't make it, but she just keeps ignoring me. Oh, such a difficult life I live. heh.
 
Although I really want to live in the bush in Africa, New Zealand wouldn't be a bad second choice. My wife would rather go to New Zealand. She wants to live in the Shire.:D

You know, the shire is the only part of Middle Earth still (partially) standing in NZ. It's in Hobbition, on the Alexander farm - all the Hobbit Holes are still there (but without the doors and shutters). They were going to take the whole set down, (per agreement with NewLine and NZ government) but the rainy season started before the finished. By the time they could start it up again the farmer had managed to negotiate a new agreement that let him keep the remaining set on his land. It's now a tourist destination, and is pretty cool. Hope you get there with your wife someday - at least for a visit.

You can call me Celeste if you like. :D . When you do go to the Prince Caspian set (which I'm sure you will) I will be DYING to hear all about it! So you shall have to start your own thread then.
 
I believe if I read correctly that it's during the summer that the finalist goes, depending on the shooting schedule and how it's going. It's in June or July.
 
Today is the last day to vote! We'll see the results on Monday...I think. Everything else seems to have been delayed throughout the contest. They may not be able to anounce anything till the winner is contacted...can't wait to see though!!!
 
Yes, they're supposed to let us know by Monday, Feb 26, but it might really be almost Tuesday till we hear. I'm trying to be patient!
 
That's gotta be tough to be patient! I can't imagine how Nina feels. She was the first finalist selected and has in some ways had to wait the longest...yall gotta be going nuts. Let us know what you hear. Blessings to ya.

Edit: Hear anything yet? Please let us know when you do! The people on NarniaWeb are going nuts to say the least.

It's been about 24 hours since Disney said they would notify the winner, and no news! So either the winner is a non-forum member, a forum member won and isn't posting the news, or Disney is late.
