She looked at him " I'm so a fool Nate I'm sorry I really am your friends are so nice to me and I don;t like the way Evie is acting around I don't like you what you think I do I think you of a big brother I hope you know that," she told him.

"Okay, I'll see you later then." Kendra smiled. He certantly wasn't like most of the guys she knew, most of them would act like total pervs around her, but Patrick seemed the complete opposite.
She walked back over to Evie.
"So what did I miss?" She asked cheerfully.
 
"May," Evie said, pointing at her "apparently doesn't like me. And I
just met her. Champagne?" she said, holding up her glass.
 
"I know but Evie is a great perosn and I really like her so I'd appreciate it if you were a little nicer to her, okay?" he asked putting an arm around May. "Once you get to know here you'll see" he reassured her then drew his arm away as he noticed Kylie and Evie watching them.
 
Patrick went and threw the glass away, glancing back at where Kendra was. She was different. She was no love bug, this is true. But she wasn't a complete video girl...
 
Nate smiled back and then glanced at all three girls before his cell phone started to ring.
"I'll be back in a minute" he told May before walking out of the noisey room in the hall where it was quieter to answer the phone.

"No thanks, i'm gonna end up driving my mom home." Kendra said rolling her eyes as she saw her mother stumble around along with a few of the other mothers.
 
Nate sat on the stairs in the hall.
"Hey........ It's just like all the other parties.......no she's a little tipsy..........." Nate said in the phone.
"Well I can bring her home if you like..............sure..............okay. See you in a bit" he replied sliding his phone shut. He spun it around in his hand for a little while before putting it back into his jacket.
