Last night I watched the movie Fame, (the re-make, not the r-rated one) which I believe is often classified as a musical. It was interesting because all of the songs were worked into the movie in such a way that you could believe they would happen in real life so it didn't exactly feel like a musical. It was cheesy, but I enjoyed it.
