Person Below Me VI

I have never had to take the thick hull off of a coconut, but once it has been shucked I have baked a coconut in a medium low oven until the shell cracked open and I could scoop out the yummy, flaky meat. (Put it in a pie pan first so the milk does not leak our and make a mess in the oven though.)

TPBM prefers birthday pie to birthday cake.

I've asked for both birthday pie (mplf) and birthday cake at different times in my life...I don't know if I specifically have a favorite.

TPBM knows which foods are safest after having been left in a dumpster for several days.

I call them rubber bands, actually. I know, I know, they're not rubber bands, but who cares? (And I call the bigger hair thingies (the ones that are large and kinda puffy, not just little circles) "scrunchies".)

TPBM thinks that mages should have their freedom.

(I really hope I get to kill Knight-Commander Meredith. She's mean. And insane. Bad mix.)

Not really, but people often pronounce it incorrectly because they think it has to be an even more common last name. I've got an award plaque with the more common name put on it by accident...I didn't ask the awarders to correct it because I thought something so goofy ought to be remembered. My last name's even phonetic, but I guess everyone learned fuzzy phonics or something....

The person below me has been forced to hold hands with the DLF.

Yes, everytime I went up to the loft to get something. I never got past the shelf holding all the books we read as children and would be found there hours later spread out on the floor on my belly, completely lost in a book. Our loft was awesome!

TPBM celebrates their TDL membership anniversaries.

Nope. I do have a good reason, though--there was a chunk of time between my getting a membership and becoming active.

TPBM has read books in trees before.

In trees - no, I don't remember doing that. Under trees, however, yes. The last instance of this was with Jane Austen's early and unfinished works. Frightful stuff.

TPBM has thought up a fake name (and possibly believable backstory) for themselves in case they ever have to go undercover.

The question is, what don't I overthink? :p And it gets me into trouble, too.

TPBM wishes that they had control of the entire world so as to create a favorable environment for the DLF.

Yes, if I get to decide what a "favorable environment" is for the DLF. For example, lots of fresh air *pushes DLF off cliff*

TPBM has fallen asleep in class before.

Nope. But I have written poetry in class, drawn maps of fantasy landscapes in class, written Wikipedia articles in class...and on it goes.... I was more likely to get sleepy in chapel, where I didn't usually take notes and was too subject to fits of conscience to do anything else.

TPBM wishes the DLR could be stuffed into the Can for eternity.
