Playing in the Queen of Hearts' Castle

The King of Hearts pushed the Queen out a door toward the crowd, hoping to satisfy their fury and save himself. The Queen was in a state of neither her old constant rage, nor a terror that would have been logical at the moment, but more of stupid bewilderment.

Fortunately for her, though grounded from flight, Sapphira was ambulatory on her feet. Ignoring the pain that movement inflicted on her mutilated wings, the dragoness interposed herself between the crowd and the target of its not-altogether-unjustified fury. Lowering her head to human eye-level, she spoke:

"Men of the Hearts Kingdom, don't be rash! You have a right to be outraged at this woman; but above outrage, you should be grateful to the Lord Aslan: first, for His raising you from one bodily death, and second, for His not allowing any of you to be killed a _second_ time within two days, when that ogre-bear was unleashed. Thus, much of the harm caused by your rulers has already been remedied and undone. Now I, who fought against that which menaced you, ask you to be both merciful and moderate. Here with me are several humans who have before now gained experience in the governing of humans--which even card-people still are, more or less. I ask them to give, and I ask you to accept from them, their guidance in making some settlement of the nation's grievances."

OOC: Was or was not Lucy supposed to be present with the other Pevensies in this adventure? Be that as it may, if all available Narnian royal types take part in the proposed negotiations, that will still leave every player with a usable character free for other things.

Now, give TOJ a chance to play her flute as magical crowd control!

Toj who was barely listening - found her self being dragged by some greater power to the center of the court and with all eyes on her she started to play a soft sad tune, with a slow tempo, but as the song proceeded the tempo got faster and faster, finally dieing out to the soft sad tune of before.
Everyone was quiet, their weapons at their feet staring at the children (Alice, Toj, Peter, Edmund, Eragon, Hannah, Caspian) who stood with grace and authority right in front of them.

Sapphira: What a sad, but gentle tune...this flute has more powers than we know, keep it safe

Caspian: Now that we're under control, plans should be made.

King Hearts: Well, I never, such a sweet tune....the snow queen...yes the snow queen, how she would love to hear such a tune.

Me: Edmund my love do you think this war ever end?

* Then there was a loud sound coming behind them*

Me: Oh, what was that?

ME: What are you talking about we didn't do anything?

Edmund : Clam down my love don't make her mad

Alice's eyes widened. She gripped her bow tighter. Peter stood beside her, his hand on his sword hilt. He hadn't expected to have the snow queen show up. But she had, and they had to keep her out.
Alice bit her lip and whispered, "Help us get through this, Aslan."

Those four magical iteams are mine..especially those Golden slippers -

you don't even know their power little girl
hand them over

Alice: Never...

SQ: Slaps her
HOW DARE YOU SAY NO!

Alice stared up into the hateful eyes of the Snow Queen. She backed up slightly, still watching her. "Why do you want them?" she asked quietly, trying to keep her own hate out of her voice. Silently she prayed, "Help us, Aslan."

Alice noticed that, as soon as Aslan was mentioned, the evil Snow Queen suddenly looked around nervously. Although Aslan did not appear just then, it was obvious that the Snow Queen knew exactly Who He was, and was more afraid of Him than she would admit.

Alice whispered again, "Help us, Aslan." Would Aslan come? They certainly needed him.
"Enough of that!" shreiked the Snow Queen. Then, she gave Alice such a blow that she stumbled backwards, nearly falling. Alice regained her balance, however, and stared straight at the Snow Queen.

The Wonderland Lion limped into view to stand by Alice. The Snow Queen gave a scream of fright before she realized that this was not THE God-Lion.

========================

OOC: Lonny, you CAN if you choose take it on yourself to say that Aslan Himself DOES now appear; but going by what He said before, if He does appear, then if the SQ does not instantly give up and beg for mercy, He will kill her as He killed Jadis.

But don't forget the potential of the magic items you went to such trouble to find!

ooc: I'm not quite sure what to do at the moment. I don't think that Aslan should show up just yet, but I'm not sure what to do with the shoes...... I could use a little help trying to figure out what to do with those....

Then just PAUSE THE MOVIE for now. Give some thought--in communication with other players--about what should come next. Aslan certainly should not be made to seem as if He doesn't care what happens; but if He does return in person, the Snow Queen threat WILL be ended just like that, because she hasn't got a snow-FLAKE'S chance of withstanding Him if He decides to make an end of her.

Then the Snow Queen suddenly changed the sound of her voice. She looks at Alice and starts to whisper.

SQ: I will leave you alone if you can tell me where this Emmett has gone to

It seems like the Queen still hasn't gotten over Emmett after all. She is trying to persuade Alice but the young girl is more tough than she thought

Alice looks at her in unbelief. "I - I don't know," she stamered, wondering what could possibly be going on.
"You lie!" the snow queen hisses.
"I do not lie," Alice said, looking very confused. "I don't know."

The Rabbit sees what is going on and he helps Alice.

Rabbit: Alice tells the truth. She doesn't know what happened to him. But the guy you so desire went off to another topic. Leave this poor girl alone!
SQ: YOU LIAR!

The snow queen tries to harm the Rabbit but something happened. Not only did she lose much of her powers since Aslan attacked her but Edmund grabbed Eric's sword and throws it to the spear of the Queen.

SQ: This can't be true! I'm going to get my revenge on you!
Edmund: Alice...she isn't going to harm you and any of us. We must use what we have been given against her and her evil spells
