Enough with that stuff...:(

When will we all here start talking about the villains?

GENERAL GRIEVOUS!!!:D

And don't dare to me to say that even Darth Vader would be able to kill him... frankly, with such an astmathic and slowpoke moves, General Grievous would cut him into pieces, and that pieces into more tiny pieces!!

Yet, I can hardly believe that Count Dooku was his mentor, it was something to admire his mastery in the lightsaber's skill, he controlled General Grievous in a way I've never imagined.

And for me, the movie showed a fake General Grievous in the movie... how could Obi-Wan be able to defeat him with such moves? He should be tired and sort of overwhelmed with some bruises and sore pain in his fists... because he should be more dead than alive after his encounter with Anakin.

Oh well, but G. Grievous is my favourite character in the movies (and it was the best in Clone Wars). It's just... than masked ominous or face-less characters are the ones to whom I hold admiration and preferences:

-General Grievous
-Boba & Jango Fett (and his lost distant 'clon', Vile from Mega Man X and X3)
-The Nazgul
-The Witch King of Angmar
-The Mouth of Sauron
-The Easterlings (especially their helms)
-King Baldwin in 'Kingdom of Heaven'
-The Persian Immortals
-The Headless Horseman
-Sauron

They have been the ones I can recall for now.

Yes, I know that Darth Vader's helm is a worldwide icon, but to me... I have seen better ones. (Check again the list)

glad someone finally changed the topic! :D

are you talking the bruises on Grievous from like the Clone Wars series?

Well, not exactly, but I meant the obvious bruises Obi-Wan should have had because of his fight against Grievous, and that Obi-Wan should be kind of really tired and with some (why not) grievous:D wounds (i said the adjective, not the name of my favourite character) because of his fight against Anakin.

And about the damage dealt by Mace Windu, I knew it. I've seen Clone Wars (for it was shown in the marathon of Star Wars in my country). That was how the remants of his organs caused him to have a heavy breathing (and Anakin didn't like the fact that Grievous spoke so loud... and breathed so loud in front of him).

Well, but what of the other things I've said: which are your favourite villains, and I'm saying about the Clone Wars and the comics.

And something else, I can hardly imagine General Grievous as a human, since I own the comic that tells his origin. Even he had a wife and children!!

Oh, that reminds me another character: Asajj Ventress.

Phew!!... Well, I start a new topic, aside from your favourite villains, what are your opinions about some duels, like Anakin VS Obi-Wan, General Grievous VS Obi-Wan, and so on. Does the outcome was trustul for you? (And for the hardcore fans, the writers, the director, etc)

Let loose yourself, it's allowed for us. And... if you know some of swordmanship, at least the basics, discuss here about the techniques and some cool moves used in those fights. As far as I know, the swordmaster in episode III was Nick Gallard, I can't recall which other movies he has taught to the actors his knowledge... save for Bob Anderson.

Remember the Kendo and... well, I leave it to you.

I hope your answers:)

to be honest, I've not (as of yet) read or seen the Clone Wars. I haven't read any SW books, so I can't say much on anything that happened in them, but if Grievous had a family:

I gotcha on the bruise thing...I'm sure Obi-Wan had a pretty sore shin (or foot, whichever) after kicking Grievous...that was the dumbest move that Obi-Wan ever made.

I love all the fights...except the Yoda vs. Palpatine and Mace vs. Palpatine...boring to the extremity. the Anakin\Obi and Grievous\Obi duels were awesome! Especially the one with Anakin...to see two best friends trying to destroy each other, one out of hate, the other out of love, sad, sad. Even sadder is when you watch the originals after the prequels. It brings back all those scenes of Anakin as a human.

First, I meant 'which are your favourite villains from all the Star Wars universe (movies, comics, Clone Wars, your invented ones):)

I agree with you in those fights of your liking. That's how I feel, too.

I hope you get the chance to see again Clone Wars, and I'll post here a photo of General Grievous and an image of his former human form. Amaze yourself, in your next reply, put many eek!! emoticons!! :D

wow...

my favorite villans from the films:

1. Count Dooku
2. Darth Maul (even though he killed Qui-Gon...I hate him for that, but he's pretty cool.)
3. Vader

Very well then...

My favourites are:

-Boba Fett
-General Grievous (if you watched Clone Wars... he's scary, isn't he?:D
-Count Dooku
-Asajj Ventress

Now, here I go with another topic (we're getting close to each other, at least in our replies:) :

Of all the creatures (even humanoids) of Star Wars, who are the most hideous... or should I say better, who are the most hilarious and ridiculest and stupidiest? Even with a bag of paper you could make a better disguise or make-up... or perpaps... which are your opinions?

I agree with you. But, do you remeber that humanoid that was in the starship that fought against the remnants of the Death Star in Episode 6? It seemed like if he had a half mask, with big black eyes and a hilarious voice:D (it made me laugh so loud that my stomach ached).

And also, what do you think about the aliens who forced Padme to sign a treaty in Episode I, and the bunch of wacky monsters in the pub, do you remember the music in that place, all the musical gang?:)

oh yeah, Lando's buddy. Never figured out what he was. lol.

they didn't actually make her sign the treaty...they took her captive to do so, but she got away before anything could be done. :) Anyways...they sort of got on my nerves. And the music in the cantina. *pulls hair out* just kidding. that did get on my nerves as well though.

I absolutely love Jar Jar! He's my second fav. character in Ep. 1...next to Obi-Wan of course. :D

And now that we've come to Jar Jar, which are your favourite gags from him?

Mine's when he kills accidentaly those droids in the battle against them (and how I love that green meadows). And, when he opens (once again, accidentally) a door that lets loose all out the round glowing bombs, and they're chasing Jar Jar:D

Remember this?

-Don't give up, you'll think of something...

The droids come closer and then...

-I give up

The other gungan shrugs and shakes his head sadly.

Sorry, but I can't recall the exact quote in English:confused:

"No give up, General Jar Jar. WEsah think of something."

Droid: hands up!

Jar Jar: my give up. :D

I watch way too much SW, lol.

I love any scene with him in it, but my all-time favorite is when he gets his tongue numbed by the energy binders on Ani's pod. :D
