Arcturus feels embarrassed.
"Yes, I don't remember if you have already said something about your mother."
 
"No, I haven't said anything about her, she died when she was giving birth to me.........I live with my father, he owns a bookstore."she said smileing.
 
"Ah. A bookstore? Are there many bookstores in Woodland Kingdom?" I love books, but I never had time to read many. My mother taught me to read but we never had many books around."
 
"I'm sure my nurse packed a few books in atleast one of my bags. I should see what she gave me." Sienna said with yet another yawn. "I would be happy to let you read them!" She said smiling. She sniffed the air "Would anyone know if our lovely dinner is ready?"
 
"I think it's ready," said Arcturus, and began serving the stew. He had no clue where the bowls and serving utensils appeared from, but he did not care, he was hungry. He handed each of the ladies their food.
After having some stew himself, he said, "after this meal, I think we should all get some sleep. I would like to start the city proper at first light tomorrow."
He ate some more stew in silence for a while.
"However, I feel that we should stay as close to the beach as possible. I don't want to get lost in the city streets just yet."
Finishing his meal, he spoke for the third time.
"Do you all supposed others might have been called too or are we the only ones? If others were called, they could be anywhere."
 
Sienna warmed up as she was eating her stew. "I agree, sleep sounds like a great plan!" She smiled. "I have no idea. I didnt think it was actually possible to have powers, maybe there are others. Maybe when we get to the city we will meet them. "
 
OOC: unless you two have another idea, I think we should wait and see if any of the other players come in and we can move this thing forward. I would like to meet Destiny soon, or else we would have to go into the city and forget about her, lol. And also, I am worried about Kathryn who is alone in the city.
Anyway, I don't know what else to do. We keep having to chit-chat and I would like to start preparing for war!! AWRRRR!

of course that is only my opinion. I am sure you girls have some good ideas. What do you think?
 
OCC: That sounds just fine. At the moment a little bit of an imaginary block has invaded my brain, either that or sleep hahaha. *war cries* :D Sorry to dissapoint you, but I have no ideas at the current moment. :( We will figure something out :D

OOC: Ok, we should wait until tomorrow, otherwise we might lose interest. We have to find a way to keep this thing interesting. I will think of something for tomorrow. However, I will not be back until the evening.
If anyone has a good idea while I'm away, go ahead and go with it. We will find a way to incorporate everything later.
 
OOC: Did anything happen while I was gone? It doesn't look like it. I'm just going to post a quick thing. :}

IC: Terran moved rocks around and made a house of sorts. It was crude but had enough room for all of them. "Just in case any animals are around." Terran said.
 
Destiny rose from the water and walked back up the beach. She decided to look around the 'fort'. She jumped up to where the building sat. As she walked around she spotted a road, she started to walk down it. Soon she saw a sign that read Cross City. That's where she was. Cross. She remembered hearing about it several times. As she walked through the streets,[she runs into Kathryn]...."Oh excuse me." She looked at the girl.

ooC:I should've done it like ya'll guys. UGH! Also I will not be here from thursday [October 9 to October 20] please we are going to put this on pause so I don't have to catch up with everybody and read thousands of posts [which I love though because I'm glad this is so popular. :D ] But anyway we can still post until thursday. LOVE YA'LL...:D You can't drop me I created it. HELLO!!! LOL OK BYE!!!!!

OOC: Aslan's Messenger, I think everyone is at the city. Acructus (I think I spelled that wrong) Sienna, and (Sorry don't remember her name) And Terran are outside the city sleeping. Destiny and Kathryn(?) Are inside the city. I think that's everybody sorry if I missed something. :}

The Storyline:
All characters received a supernatural call or summon. Each one was called in a different way (they were all awesome summons, if you care to go back and read them). Each one was told, or felt the urge to travel to the Kingdom of Alastair, to the Great City of Cross, which is at the ocean’s edge and very far from their homes.
No character knew that others were called, and each one is slowly finding out that others are traveling in response to similar calls or impulse to travel. They still don’t know why. The storyline supposes they are going to have to unite and combine their powers to defeat some evil, but that has not been revealed to them yet.

This is what has happened so far:
Sienna, Acela, Terran, and Arcturus already found each other and traveled together the last few miles to Cross. Right now they are at the outskirts of the city trying to decide what to do.
Saphire and Christy were last heard traveling together on their way to Cross, but at this point we don’t know what happened. Maybe they got separated again. For all we know, they may even already be in the City, wandering around.
Kathryn (Kate) was the first one to make it to Cross, and she has been wandering the city streets and alleys for at least a day now.
Destiny also made it to the city. She spent some time playing at the beach. Probably because she is from the Fire Kingdom and had never seen so much water before. She later decided to move into the city and just happened to bump into Kate. Supposedly each still does not know that the other was also called to Cross.
They don't know anything about Leila, yet.

And that’s were the story is right now.

Now, if anyone else cares to join, go ahead, but we need more boy characters.

Current players: if I miss details or want me to add more details to your character, please let me know.

Bio: Being the youngest queen ever of the southern desert, Leila was hesitant to leave, espcially because of the civil war. But there was no choice, she had to follow her calling.
