Im getting very anxious about the trailer, ohhhhhhhh whens it coming out!!!??!!lol i heard it was to be released with the Superman movie June 28th. But maybe thats not true.
 
I was on the site, and it talked about the Eldest deluxe edition and how its suppose to be better then the eragon DE edition with like
- An excerpt from Book III
- An exclusive, full-color foldout poster of Glaedr by John Jude Palencar
- A revealing excerpt of the history of Alagaësia
- A drawing by Christopher of Brom’s elf ring
- A complete and comprehensive list of people, places, things, and dwarf clans

That sounds really cool, but im not buying it, i alreayd have eldest, although i would love to reas the excerpt from book three, i can wait till book three and the movie of eragon!
 
I have not read Eldest yet, because it is constantly checked out at our library, but I really want to read it because Eragon was a good book. I wouldn't call Eragon my favorite book, but it's up there somewhere. I think I'll bug one of my friends if I can borrow Eldest from her!

yeah, most movies that used to be books ruin the effect the book has...id say the only good one was Narnia. but i still cant wait to see it!! sometimes i wish that they could get the descriptions right, cuz some of the cast doesnt look at all like they're supposed to look(he describes them in the books)! i mean its like, couldnt they find someone thats a good actor but still looks like the character is supposed to?!?!?! thats my opinion anyway...

I agree, I dont think any of the characters look like I imagined
 
Yeah but you fans should know by now that when a book is being made into the movie there will be some changes for sure. I think Murtagh and Eragon are the closest descriptions of what i imagined, obviously Arya has a different hair colour in the movie, but meh i still will see the film of course:)
 
Yeah, it should be more brown-y. And Arya is a different matter entirely! And I think they've ignored the fact that she's left-handed in the book (did anyone else notice this?) because her sword thingy is attathed to her left side.
 
Hey, you know you guys are keeps of swords and stuff? Can I be something like Queen of Inheritance?

It's just everyone gets to be Queen or Keeper or Protector of something and I want to be one too lol

I agree that Arya should have black hair. They're making a mistake by turning her blond. I think that Eragon and Murtagh look okay but maybe a bit too old. I can't wait for the movie to come out!
 
You can do what ever you want Princey.
I love the Murtagh they have for the movie (Garrett Hedlund). Murty is one of my fave characters in the books.
Some people are so picky :rolleyes: referring to Princey with the left hand thing:D:D
 
Cool, so is it okay with everyone if I'm Queen of Inheritance?

And I'm just saying, I'm only picky because I'm a leftie myself and I hate it when people ignore details like that lol
