I haven't seen the Narnia movie since a few months back, so I just re-saw LWW the other day (hey eager anticipation of PC leads to stuff like this) and I simply thought it was great. While I didn't like it as much as I liked it the first time I saw it two-and-a-half years ago (movies are never the same at the 50-100+ time you see them) it was nevertheless wonderful and easy to see why it grossed over $740 million worldwide.

Firstly, I would just like to say that the emotional effect of LWW was wonderful. You really feel the Pevensies' pain, something only hinted at in the book but wonderfully portrayed and acted out in the movie. Aslan's death is very, VERY tragic, and his resurrection is purely wonderful.

Secondly, I would just like to say that the battle scenes are really awesome.
