TeamXbox.com has been given a new trailer for the video game from Buena Vista Games.

Jon Burton could turn an average battle in the video game adaptation of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe into a crimson bloodbath that would make Grand Theft Auto’s Tommy Vercetti proud, just by making a few tweaks to the game’s computer code.

At Leipzig’s German Games Conference, Narnia took up most of Buena Vista’s floor space and even had a presence at Sony’s booth.

To start, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe splits between 15 chapters, each of which will take the average player about 45 minutes to finish, according to Buena Vista. Each of these chapters boasts two clips from the film, one as an introduction to the chapter and the other as a debriefing of sorts.

The Edinburgh Interactive Entertainment Festival (EIEF) is issuing a final call to industry delegates booking places for this year’s event which will take place from 10th – 14th August at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC).
