They pulled out all the stops for last night’s premiere of ‘The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe’ – even going as far as falling snow.

“The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe,” which opens Friday amid overwhelming early praise, is a slam-dunk to end Harry Potter’s three-week reign at the North American box office.

THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE is now open! In anticipation of the film, Walt Disney Pictures & Walden Media have launched a new QuickTime based application from Team Banzai Media Group that allows users to view the film’s trailer, five behind-the-scenes featurettes and explore Narnia with an interactive map of the magical land.

It was with some trepidation that I viewed The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, the theatrical film version of the C.S. Lewis classic. Having loved the children’s classic for so many years, I was afraid that Hollywood would somehow spoil the enchantment of the Narnia that lived in my imagination.
