Four Days of Narnia! with Jars of Clay and Bethany Dillon
Over the past week, I’ve been doing some pretty heavy promoting of the Chronicles of Narnia. I worked at the Narnia booth at UnityFest 2005 in Muskegon, Michigan, handing out Narnia Passports and showing the trailer and behind the scenes material. I also had the opportunity to meet some bands, one of whom is involved in the Narnia Inspired Soundtrack, and another artist that is also involved. I’ve also heard the songs that they have contributed to the album, which hits stores on September 27th.

On the heels of receiving a Golden Globe Nomination for Best Dramatic Score for his work for NARNIA: THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE, Tracksounds is able to speak with composer, Harry Gregson-Williams about his epic score, working with director Andrew Adamson, and even the influence (or lack thereof) of Howard Shore’s work for THE LORD OF THE RINGS.

After Edmund in stores Today
After Edmund is a band that takes it’s name from the character “Edmund Pevensie” in “The Chronicles of Narnia.” I confirmed that with the band through their MySpace page. Matt replied, “I’m glad you asked :). From none other than CS Lewis’ Chronicles of Narnia!” They are releasing their first album, in stores starting today!
