We’ve just posted the nineteenth edition of the NarniaFans Mailbag. We’ve answered two letters this week, covering the Mailbag and “Oh Johnny, Oh Johnny, Oh!” Keep those e-mails coming!
Q: Happy Birthday Paul! Thanks for answering all my Narnia Questions! Oh and I got another question, why aren’t you doing the mailbag thing anymore? It was really good! Anyway, Love always!
-Nellie
A: Actually Nellie, I still am doing the mailbag. I’ve just been so busy lately with a few things (The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, et al.), that I’ve not kept up on time with the mailbag. So I didn’t promote it. We’ve also been working behind the scenes on a few things including a very special project that should be ready for Christmas. 🙂
You can also view the 17th Mailbag covering the Christmas gifts, Susan, Prince Caspian, and more.
And the 18th Mailbag covering the Harry Gregson-Williams, Susan, Prince Caspian, and more.
Q: Is the song played while the Pevensies are playing hide-and-seek a real song from the 1940’s, or was it made especially for the movie? If its a real song, do you know where I can find it? Thanks!!
-Someone
A: That song is “Oh Johnny, Oh Johnny, Oh!” from Apple Blossom Time by The Andrews Sisters. Here are the lyrics for Oh, Johnny, Oh Johnny, Oh!
And that’s it for Mailbag #19
