British actress Lynn Redgrave who narrated the audio book of Prince Caspian died on May 2nd from Breast Cancer. She was 67 years old. She is known for such films as Tom Jones, Georgy Girl, Antony and Celopatra (1986), Gods and Monsters, The Jane Austen Book Club, and Confessions of a Shopaholic.
Coincidentally, the Prince Caspian audiobook was not her only connection to Narnia. She was also the aunt of the late actress Natasha Richardson, the wife of Aslan voice actor Liam Neeson. Redgrave also starred with Neeson in the movie Kinsey.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family at this time.
Thanks to Roger for the reminder.
Lynn was the judge in Hallmark’s “A Season for Miracles.” Do you have any idea how many times I’ve seen this movie?! And I didn’t even know who the judge was! [I know about the family though.]
She was Aunt Millicent in Peter Pan. I like that movie. 🙂
So sad!!!! I hope she lived a good life!
