Barbara Kellerman, for so many, was the version of the White Witch that people would picture whenever they read the Chronicles of Narnia, after seeing the BBC version of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe. She would later return to Narnia for the BBC’s adaptation of The Silver Chair in the role of the Lady of the Green Kirtle. That role would confuse generations of Narnia fans into thinking that the Lady of the Green Kirtle and the White Witch were the same woman. It didn’t help that there were even publications that said the same thing. But I digress.
The BBC’s Chronicles of Narnia series is coming to Blu-ray and DVD in the UK along with an all-new documentary entitled Return to Narnia. If you’re in the U.K., you can order the new Blu-ray and DVD sets of the Chronicles of Narnia.
