It seems just like yesterday we all were salivating ( or in the cases of some fans, foaming at the mouth) in anticipation for the next Narnia film. Well, now Prince Caspian is playing in dollar theaters and we are getting ready for the big release of Narnia on DVD.

WETA wrote us today, telling us about the latest issue of Toy Collector Magazine, that is currently available for download.

Prince Caspian, the rightful heir to the throne of Narnia, commits himself to battle, leading his fellow Narnians into combat. Astride his bay steed he charges, sword in hand, determined to depose the treacherous King Miraz and the oppressive Telmarines and at long last bring peace and prosperity to all Narnians.

The timeless and fascinating Narnia series has been captivating fans and collectors for over 50 years, and on May 16th Walt Disney Pictures and Walden Media are bringing the world of Narnia back to the big screen with the release of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian. In conjunction with the film release, Disney Consumer Products announces an all new exciting product line which focuses on quality and authenticity. The toy range has impressive detail and industry leading points of articulation and features.

GSC together with Coca-Cola will offer movie fans throughout the country an opportunity to take home a limited edition “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian” collectible glass this May. There will be four special designs available for movie fans, with the Prince Caspian visual (May 8 – 14), Aslan (May 15 – 21), the Pevensies (May 22 – 28) and Lion badge (May 29 – Jun 4).

Designed as a high end collectible by Weta artist Stephen Crowe, who also designed armour and weaponry for the film, the Minotaur bust from Disney’s The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian was sculpted by Weta veteran Jamie Beswarick, and exudes power and determination, a superb follow-up piece to the energetic Warrior Satyr statue already announced.
