Toys R Us Calendar has Prince Caspian Coupons

I went to Toys R Us today to pick up a game for Wii when I found a calendar at the check-out counter. It is a Disney/Toys R Us 2008 Calendar. I started flipping through the calendar, eventually stumbling upon the month of May. In the top left, there was Aslan, and on the top right: the logo for “The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian.” In the bottom right, King Peter in his armor. Miraz’s castle is in the background of the calendar itself.

New LWW Toys Announced at Licensing Show

The licensing show this week has brought out news for nearly every big property as studios vie for marketing positions for both film and television programming. One such announcement is that a company called Tonner will be revealing a new Narnia collection. I’ve never heard of Tonner, but with the slate they have, I’m sure it’ll be great!

TalesOfWonder.com recently purchased the remaining stock of a selection of Limited Edition statues and collectibles manufactured by Weta Collectibles. Included in the purchase are the V-Rex vs. Kong Statue (one of the most impressive statues recently produced for the collectibles market), Kong’s Last Stand Statue, Kong Deluxe Chess Set, Kong: Venatosaurus Attack Statue, Narnia: Peter on Unicorn Statue, Narnia: General Otmin Statue, Narnia: Orieus Statue and Narnia: White Witch Statue. The suggested retail value of the inventory purchased is in excess of $1,000,000.

WETA COLLECTIBLES Announces Narnia Statues Program

Weta Collectibles, the consumer products division of New Zealand’s premier creative company, Weta Workshop, has released the first approved product photography of its initial series of limited-edition sculptures based on characters from Walt Disney Pictures’/Walden Media’s upcoming film version of C. S. Lewis’ classic work The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe from C. S. Lewis’ beloved Chronicles of Narnia series.
