Finished Waters of Mars, it was quite shocking.

**Spoilers**

I watched End of Time part one -- the Master is back and turned every human into the Master. Now what?! And some Time Lords say they are coming back? Wha?

There's a different doctor at the end of End of Time, right? So something awful must happen. I hate that because I like this Doctor!

That's what happens with all Doctors Inky. That's the great part about Doctor Who. Every different Doctor has a personal character you grow attached to. I grew very attached to the Fourth Doctor and even though he regenerated years ago I really hated to see him go. Oh you will like Eleven too ;) I know you will :D

I know! I loved the 9th Doctor so much, and now I love the 10th. I am sure you are right.
I miss all the past doctors, especially the 10th. He's my doctor. When Matt Smith goes I am going to cry.
Is he going? I am almost to him in my viewing ...

But I have never seen the older ones; I started with the 9th.

Not soon, but he will eventually. I've seen some classic, the forth doctor ending is brutal. He was the best.
I love LOVE LOVE Tom! He is such a GREAT and funny Doctor!!
Oh Inky I started with 9 too although the Next Doctor was the first episode I saw ;) After this I wanted to see more and started with Nine.

No Inky as far as I know he is not leaving yet but I have a feeling it won't take long before he leaves. This is his third season and so far it seems like most Doctors are leaving after 3 seasons except for 3,4,8 (only movie) and 9. I hope he stick around for a bit longer.

I'm going to a Dr Who CON in Birmingham (UK) in June together with another Dr Who crazy friend of mine who lives in Norway. I'm soooo excited :D

Just finished all Davidson's seasons too. His last episode was tragic but good. I'm going to miss him like I did when Tom regenerated :(

Wow! You guys are bigger fans than me. I've only watched a couple of episodes with the 5th Doctor.. oh, oh, And I did watch the first few episodes with the 1st, up until the first appearance of the Daleks!

When I went to the Doctor Who convention a few weeks ago, there was a room where all they did was play Classic Who(at night they played some New Who). It was marvelous.

I grew up with the old Dr Who but was too young to remember anything and I was always more interested in the show Blake's Seven. After I finished watching all new episodes and caught up with the current Doctor and watched the first part of Season 7 I decided to give the classic ones a try. And it was marvellous and really really good. I go through it in high speed because I'm already halfway through the Sixth's first season :D

I finished with the Tenant specials and have moved on to season 5 with Matt Smith (is that right?). I hated losing the 10th Doctor, I loved him so much. And then when that silly Wilfred was trapped in that glass booth and knocked 4 times to be let out ... I was as mad as the Doctor at him!!! But I really loved a little bit of the end, particularly at Donna's wedding as her mom and W looked across the "church yard" as they call the cemetery in England and saw the Doctor through the graves ... very moving.

So far I am liking the new Doctor!

I think you will like the 11th Doctor. He's a lot fun. Very goofy and silly, but can also be quite serious. He doesn't tap in to human emotions as much as the 10th doctor, though.

There I completely disagree with you. He absolutely does. There are a lot of episodes in which 11 shows his human emotions very much. I can't mention them because Inky needs to see it for herself. All three doctors so far have shown human emotions very much. Eleven is more hyperactive and act right away while Ten was more calm and thought things over before he acted. But there are many similarities between them.

Everytime a doctor regenerates is sad. I remember when Tom regenerated I so hated it. I missed him and still miss him even though I knew he would go after his seventh season and I wish the companions would be in time to catch him but they weren't :(
I know what you mean with Wilf. I felt the same way like why didn't you toss him aside before he went inside that booth?! Because even though I wasn't a big fan of Ten he was still the Doctor. Or I thought did he really had to knock four times? Why not just three?
This is the impact the show has on us!

You will like Matt Smith Inky ;) He is a great Doctor. A bit weird sometimes and really hyper but very clever. I hope he will continue the show for a couple of more seasons ;)

**Spoilers season 5***

I was happy when he found Amelia Pond! I thought maybe his companion would be a child for a while ... I was sad that it took him so long to get back to her! But I loved her obsession with "the raggedy doctor" that all her friends and family knew about. That was a really great episode, very enjoyable watching the new Doctor come into his own.

Now I am on to the episode with Winston Churchill in league with the Daleks! I didn't start watching it yet; I just saw the previews, with the Dalek in his British army uniform. Hoo-ha. Can't wait to see what mayhem ensues.

Nessa, you are right about the impact of the program, again today I was thinking that while the show is basically anti-religion (or assures us that there is no "god" except the time lords themselves) -- The Doctor constantly re-enacts Christ's story, dying for love of the humans, and then resurrecting himself. Of course, I ultimately connect everything in my life to the Gospel story, but Dr Who is a really prime example. :)

I watched 30 episodes in 7 days time  I just finished the 6th Doctor's seasons and now onto 7. I already saw 4,5,8,9,10,11 and now 6 so after 7 only 3 more to go :D

Oh yes you will love the bond 11 will get with Amelia. Did you know the little girl who plays young Amy is older Amy's cousin in reality? That's so funny!

I love the emotions that 11th portrays. His face is amazing... I'm continually wowed by how his facial expressions can so heart-wrenchingly show how he feels.

"The Eleventh Hour" is a really fun episode. ^.^

Wow, you watched a lot of shows in a short time! I don't know when I will get to the old Doctors. And that is cute about little Amelia Pond actress. :)

Miss Reep, yah 11th Hour was a riot.

Yes, now I like Matt Smith. It's so funny! Each time the Doctor has regenerated, I think I am not going to like the new one, but I do. I think they must choose really good actors, and they must just write the dialog and plots so well that you can't not like him.

Miss Reep Matt's Doctor is a sweet one! I love how crazy he gets at times but keeps his brilliant mind. I love how gently and kind he is to Amy and almost like he is her father or something.

Inky a regeneration is always sad because it is the end of something but also great because it is a new beginning as well. Till now I loved every Doctor I saw except for 6th Doctor. I enjoyed his episodes but not himself. But I will keep it with matt for now ;) You need to update us about your progression ;)

Sorry to double post. Wanted to say ... ** Season 5 Spoilers **

I loved the "Beast Below" episode! Very sweet and charming and showed Amy in such a great light, as well as the black Queen Liz! :) Nice.

Now I am in the middle (or the early middle) of the second part of the episodes about the weeping angels -- I am freaked out that they are killing people instead of just knocking them back into time somewhere! Very scary!!!
