Sorry to double post. Wanted to say ... ** Season 5 Spoilers **

I loved the "Beast Below" episode! Very sweet and charming and showed Amy in such a great light, as well as the black Queen Liz! :) Nice.

Now I am in the middle (or the early middle) of the second part of the episodes about the weeping angels -- I am freaked out that they are killing people instead of just knocking them back into time somewhere! Very scary!!!
Aaah! The weeping angels! I still want to get that t-shirt that says The Angels Have The Phone Box. By the way, I shop for my Doctor Who stuff at ThinkGeek http://www.thinkgeek.com/interests/doctorwho/

**Spoilers ahead**

Aaaaaahhhhhh! RORY! Noooooooo!
Is he gone forever?
That was too sad!!!! I can't take it ...

But I loved the next episode, "Vincent and the Doctor." That was very charming. I loved Amy's optimism that seeing his works revered in the future would make a difference to Vincent ... and then the sadness that it didn't make the difference she wanted. And I loved that Vincent was able to see the monster! He was an artist who saw things that were there, but others didn't see, what a charming notion. That was a very lovely episode, but I was so sad that they killed the monster when they didn't really need to, or mean to. It was so afraid. That made me cry. :(

That episode was a BEAUTY! It is one of my favs too. And especially because well Vincent was about my fellow countrymate so that made me proud :D
I loved how sweet the Doctor was towards the creature in the end and how he wanted him to survive instead.

I just finished the Seventh Doctor. So now I have watched Doctors 4-11 so far :D My whovian blood wants more!!!!

Yes, "Vincent in the Doctor" was a great episode. I liked it for all the reasons you said, and it made me cry too. :(
good, I am not the only weepy one ...

I know I thought about that, too!

Yes! As soon as he knew what it was, he wanted to take it home ... then he could understand its last thoughts, poor thing. :(

I also liked that Vincent could see Amy was mourning, and had lost someone, even though she didn't know it! It showed how even an emotional mess like a tortured genius artist could have insights other people didn't, or see things other people don't see.

Wow, that is amazing. How are you watching the classic ones, DVD sets?

Cool. Thanks for the link! I will check it out.

Vincent and The Doctor was a great episode! It was sad that the Doctor could not save the Krafayis but I think that it's fate, had it lived longer, would have been sadder, blind and alone that it was. I really don't know what was better.

Now, I suppose Inky is really onto the new Doctor! :)

Yah, of course! Now I love Matt Smith. It's weird, every time I think I won't like the new guy, but they're each one just as good (or better) than the next! I especially loved him in the episode I watched last night, "The Lodger." Maybe because he and Amy were separated, and we got to see him interacting with that cute couple that didn't know how to get themselves together, and the Doctor trying to act like a normal bloke. It was really cute, and Doctor #11 did a great job. :)

Sorry to double post

I am in the middle of The Pandorica Opens, and Rory is there! But - is he just a construct of Amy's stolen memories?!!!!

Aaack. I can't take the pressure ...
And I don't know when I can get back to the episode!

Inky this is a very great season finale. I loved it completely. You will like the second part as well ;) Rory is there while he shouldn't actually be there at all. But I'm not going to give away spoilers :D

I know the feeling!!! Currently I'm watching the Third Doctor and I only watched one and a half episode so far but I really like this Doctor! I thought after Tom it would be hard to like other doctors the same but in fact it isn't hard at all! To me it's so hard to choose one single Doctor as my fav because I really love them all. After all it's still the same madman in a blue box. And Matt Smith is amazing. I love him as the Doctor. He plays the Doctor in a funny way. It's hard not to love Eleven

Yes! I agree! I haven't seen the earlier doctors, but of the ones I have seen, I always think I won't like the next one, and then I love them! :p
OK you guys are going to love this! at my college there is going to be a doctor who class lol in the summer and guess who's going to it?
Oh, I am jealous! That is so cool!

I finished watching The Pandorica Opens 2-part season finale ... It was lovely!

** Spoilers **

I love that Rory is back and that he and Amy got married! And then they she remembered her Raggedy Doctor and brought him back for her wedding! That was all so happy and fun! And I loved River's role in this as well -- "What in the name of sanity is on your head?"

Really enjoyed that. All ready to move into the next season now. I am catching up to the new ones, slowly. :)

Matt's doctor has something sooooo incredibly sweet about him. The loving caring father nature. I love how he whispers to Amelia Pond and how Amy remembered him on her wedding day. Oh you will like season 6 too. So many great episodes in it as well!!!

Saturday!!! I can't wait!!! I'm already ready for it :) Right now I took a break (watching dr number Three) because of the flu. But I will catch up with it pretty soon!

I hope you are feeling better Vanessa! I wish I were caught up to the new season so I could be watching Saturday too! But I don't want to take them out of order. :)

Yes, Matt Smith's Doctor is sweet, seems more sensitive somehow than Tenant and Eccleston, although I loved both of them.

OK, I watched the first episode of season 6 last night, The Impossible Astronaut and the next episode, I think it was in 2 parts.

** Spoiler alert **

What happened here? What became of the little girl? Who was she? Was she Amy's daughter somehow? (???) She appeared to be a time lord at the very end, when she was dying/regenerating, so how does that work? And who killed the 200 years older Doctor at the beginning of the story?

It was a good story, but I was left with tons of questions, and it didn't look like any of them are answered in the next episode which appears to be about pirates ...

Ah, you have reached season 6. You will find out all of the answers to your questions soon. Not in the pirate episode though. Look forward to the "Doctors Wife". It's one of my favorite episodes.

One day more everybody!!!!

OK, I enjoyed the Black Spot episode about the pirates very much, but I did have a question:

**Spoilers ahead **

Why were the pirates able to be awake aboard the hospital ship? I thought they had to remain in stasis? I liked it that they got to be set free in a new galaxy, but if they could survive without being on the ventilators, why couldn't they go back to their own ship? I didn't quite understand.

Then on to "The Doctor's Wife." What a great episode! I loved the Dr's interactions with the Tardis in human form! Very sweet and fun. Loved it.

Now I am in the middle of the episodes about the Flesh and the Almost People or Almost Human, whichever it is. Very exciting, and I can't wait to see what happens! Did the Doctor intend to replicate himself with the Flesh?

The writers of this program are so imaginative! It's really such fun. I hope I can begin watching the new season soon, but I still have a whole season to get through after this one before I catch up ...

Yes, inky, the doctor did intend to replicate himself and you will see why later on. Basically he's studying something. You'll see.

On another note. No one has posted about the new episode last Saturday. I can say that while it was imaginative and fun, it wasn't as exciting, even with the new companion.

*spoilers*
The new episode was good but not great. It reminded me a bit of the Idiot's lantarn. It might be me but Clara was a bit too much looking like a clone of Amy. Her behavior and the way she talked was so Amy like. I hope they will return the same attitude inside her as we have seen in the Snowman.

There is some exciting news for the fans of Dr Who and especially Tennant. He is returning as the Doctor alongside Matt Smith and Jenna-Louise in the anniversary special. It was also said Billie Piper would return but acording to the latest news that was an April Fools Joke. Anybody know more about that? Tennant has been spotted already and there are some pics with him, Matt and Jenna together. More guests will be announced! I hope Christopher Ecclestone will return as well or Davidson! Now that will make me curious the whole year!!!!

Inky the Doctor's Wife is one of my alltime fav episodes! It was so beautiful! I loved how idris reminded him of his past and especially her "Who says I will give you back" is classical! You are almost there girl!

I found out a few days ago. I teared up, it meant so much to me. I'm really excited to see Rose and Eleven interaction. That is going to be interesting.
