Duffer Boot Camp!

Derny has a bedroom? I thought she just floated around the black hole, playing tag with anyone who would dare to venture there. Having a bedroom... People might begin to identify. I have a bedroom, Derny has a bedroom - she must be of a similar species. But then, bam! they are suddenly faced with her royal dufferness. What will it do to people? Better not admit to the possibility that she has a bedroom. Although the thought... water balloons... Hmmm... Tempting. Very tempting.

Her bedroom is in the black hole, but she's recently blocked it up with cheese. Apparently she doesn't like the species implications, either. By the way, the cheese tastes awfully good.

*nibbles at Derny's cheese*

Much better than the ... mod loungue *shudders*

I've been doing a lot of shuddering today...

*nibbles on more cheese*

*spreads cheese over Sushi's opera notes, to make it more acceptible*

*replace cheese with purple fluff*

*looks with dismay at Sushi's fluffy cheese-covered opera score* Don't you realize that was his best one yet? It was about a princess who kidnapped her mother at birth. The mother was kept in a cave, and she never saw anyone other than her evil baby daughter. But the mother's hair slowly began to grow. The baby became jealous of her mother's beautiful long hair and cut it all off. But the mother then wove it into a web and caught her baby daughter in it. Then the handsome king came riding along, kissed the mother, and took her back to their castle. And everyone lived happily ever after, except the evil baby. It would have been so inspiring--goodness overcoming force, the power of true love--and now you've ruined it.

I see I did cover it with cheese after all. But I clarify, I did not use CW for this particular act. And it is rather sad that I ruined such a good story. Perhaps you could persuade him to change it to a tragedy? It would make a wondrous tragedy for the evil baby princess to win and everyone can die!

No more random than Benedict Arnold. *shrugs*
Benedict? Ben? Ed? DICT? (Soooo maaaany nicknames....nooooooo!!!!) Do you HEAR what it called you?

The Tree suffers from...delusions...so I thought a new set of delusions might clear her head. Although that unfortunately hasn't helped Derny.
Eh heh. I'm glad someone is getting on this bandwagon. Even if the recognition is a little off the mark about what sort of delusions... And then there's that bit about casting out the mote in another's eye... *muses*

*suspicious* Why do you feel the need to make such a distinction? "This particular..." As if you ever...

*BEEP BEEP BEEP*
*DELUSIONAL DELUSIONAL DELUSIONAL*

Oh dear. My delusional alarm is going off. Again. For goodness sakes. Just can't get a moment's LUSIONALISM around here, can one?

GG has been having some indigestion of late, as you may not believe.

We have my darling OtW (that always makes me think of an otter for some reason) to thank for that.

Thanks, OtW.

Don't think this gets you anywhere in terms of...er...benefits, however.

*hurls him to the banana peels*

*watches as LoL morphs into a two headed snake* *heads begin to argue*

While you're busy, I ought to rescue Sushi from trying to learn Swahili again.... *walks off whistling*

Note: The only delusional part of the above post is the part about Glen whistling.

The other one is an eggplant. Which means that it lays eggs and inserts them into chickens. Sometimes it eats the chickens first, but it explains these incidents to its boss as "unforeseen adverse side effects."

Nope. *promptly feeds illusionism to GG*

Oh, shweet. *Eats*

Sorry. Let me remedy that.

*donates Lusionalism to GG*

Even better! *Eats*

Not true! I was voluntarily spitting it out, had nothing to do with indigestion...

But is anything truly voluntary? After all, we may believe that we have free will because we are predetermined to believe it. And we are all in Derny's black hole, and she does have controlling tendencies...leading me to believe that you neither spit it out, nor have indigestion...it's all Derny.

Quality control. Nothing to it.

Bosh. But you may keep telling yourself that...

In whose conspicuous absence, it's all me.
