"Right!!.." He yelled.."If they are STILL There!!.." He added laughing again...Continuing racing as he had to dodge some branches.

Danoeil turned quickly to head toward the stream (she knew where it was cuz she could hear it) and then headed, following the stream down to where they were last night. "Careful for the trap!" she called.

"OH YES! I will.." he replied...the horse jumped all long the whole, which he knew that would make Danoeil angry, it was risky... he continued running turds the stream the was each time more close and the noise was louder.

"BE MORE CAREFUL!" she shouted, still galloping. I hope Telowen is okay... she thought.

Once they arrived, he slowed down...Grinning in a beautifull way as he noticed both Vaan, and Teloween sleeping next to each other...He stopped and jumped down, his leg hurting a bit, he walked but there was still something noticiable on his stepping..."Im so glad you're ok!.." He called at both horses, both woke up and gave them the best welcome.

Danoeil arrived soon after, getting off of the horse. She ran directly over to Telowen and hugged her. "you know, Telowen is the best thing you ever did for me..." she said with humor in her voice. She was teasing him.

"WHAT?!.." He stepped closer.."I know she was a present, but, was she really the best?.." His sounded slightly hurt..."You know what?.." He asked with a teasing tone as well..."Its only been a few days.." He grabbed her by her arm.."But I already miss this.." He pulled her close with a hand around her waist, and the other brushing her arm and stopping on her neck, he stopped and didnt kiss her, just brushing his lips with hers.

She wrapped her arms around his neck. "That is awfully mean of you..." she said, "to tease me like this..."

He pulled away and opened his eyes staring at her for a bit..."Danoeil...I.." He began, but remained silent. He thought about it but then knew that it was best not speaking about something he would get the same response over and over.

"Danoeil, Im asking the same question again, and I know what you will say.." He replied a bit sadly.."I, want you to marry me.."

"Oh..." Danoeil pulled away, wrapping her arms around herself. She rubbed her hand up and down her upper arm. "Oh Alex, I want to..." she whispered. "Oh, I really want to." She looked up at him. "I want to marry you, Alex...I do..." she read his face. "Oh, you've got to believe me Alex, I love you with all the love I have in me, and I would be honored to be your wife..." she looked up into his face, her eyes full of tears. "It's just...what if..." she stammered.

He grabbed her wrists and pulled them down stopping his hands on hers, and holding tight her fingers..."You say, that the only thing that stops you from being my wife are your brothers.." He began, with the same expression, yet..."You know, I still think im lucky that im not being hunted down for killing.." He looked away from her.."Your father..." He shook his head slightly. "We should ran away from this country, change our names, our past completely.." He told her, he was talking non-stop and really seemed like he would do anything for her.

"Well, that is one thing, but I'm not so scared of them...I'm just afraid- that-that...I won't be a good wife..." a tear slid down her cheek. "And that you'll hit me."

This time, Alexander couldnt stand it. He let go her hands and stepped back, he felt like in that instant a dagger crossed through his heart..."I see..." He began, looking down, he felt like he had live this scene before, like a deja vu. "You're afraid, i'd hit you, ever.." He said slowly. He turned away and rubbed his eyes. "Danoeil, we gotta ger moving to the next town to find a better place to stay." He then walked quickly and with determination over their things, and began tieing them up Vaan, and Teloween, and also the other two horses.

She stood there another moment and then went to gather their blankets and supplies by the old fire pit. She was silent, didn't say a word. Silent tears slid down her cheek, but no sob came out.

Alex was holding the tears back, indeed, he decided not to show his feeling as best as he could. Once he had gathered almost everything with her help, he mounted Vaan, tieing one of the horses to his and without hesistation he stormed off, with a fast-paced gallop.
