My First Fan-Fic

Emily, of course, knew that Peter was right; but if he was, then why was she still so worried? Why did she still feel sometimes like something was still trying to grab her; trying to pull her back under? It was beginning to worry her, a lot.
Edmund stood up. "Susan and Lucy have got the right idea. Come on you two. Might as well learn to use the weapons that we have; we'll probably need them sometime soon."

Susan drew the arrow shaft as far back as she could, aimed carefully, and then released it. It hit just above the bulls eye. Lucy stared in disbelief. Susan did, too.
"Pinch me, Lucy," Susan said. "I can't believe I just did that."
Lucy giggled. "Okay; if you want me to."
"Ouch! Not that hard!"
"Sorry, but you asked me to pinch you."
Susan laughed. "Yes, my mistake."
Lucy giggled again. "You know what Susan?"
"What?"
"I don't think that you're boring anymore."
"That's good Lucy. Why don't you give it a try?"
"May I?"
"Of course."
"Thanks!" Lucy drew her dagger and prepared to throw it. After aiming, the little girl threw it with an almost expert hand. The dagger struck the target and quivered just below Susan's arrow.
"Wow, Lu!" Susan said. "Now you really MUST pinch me!" Both girls laughed as they walked down to retrieve their weapons.

Both girls suddenly looked away from what they were doing as they heard the noise of something like a fight, and the clash of metal upon metal.
"What's that?" Lucy asked.
"Oh, look! Over there!" Susan said, pointing. "It's only our brothers and Emily. Look at them go!"
Emily shouted something as she dodged a blow from Edmund and Peter nearly burst into laughter.
"I wonder what she said," Lucy said. "She holds her own rather well."
Edmund and Emily circled each other, waiting for the other to strike first. Peter stood back, catching his breath and watching them.
"Get her, Edmund!" Peter shouted.
Emily laughed. "What happened? A minute ago you were on my side!" She raised her sheild quickly to block another blow from Edmund before suddenly charging him and nearly sending him sprawling. Edmund, determined not to be beaten by a girl, recovered himself quickly and rained several heavy blows down on Emily's raised sheild, knocking her backwards. Emily struck out at him and Susan and Lucy heard the clash of the blades meeting before the two fell apart, breathing hard and laughing.

I tried to read this before but the forum didn't allow me but now I did :D I loved all updates!!! Edmund's returning and how the girls decided to stay and of course what happened to darling Emily :D Great job Lonny!!!!!

Emily was about to put away her sword when she noticed Peter and Edmund whispering together. She watched them curiously, wondering what was up. Edmund glanced at her and grinned. Emily raised her eyebrows in suspision and he almost started laughing, but Peter stopped him. Those two were up something, she could feel it. Suddenly, Peter yelled and sprang at her from one side, and Edmund came at her from the other.
She laughed and shouted, "Two against one, eh? You KNOW that's not fair!"
"Fair?" Peter said, "Who said anything about it being fair?"
Emily managed to hold them off for a few minutes, but not any longer than that. She tripped over her own feet and found herself lying on her back with both boys standing over her, grinning.
"Okay, okay; I give!" she said, laughing.
"That's what we were waiting for," Peter said, helping her up.
After that, the trio walked over to where Susan and Lucy were still standing, watching them.

"I see you three are having a good time of it," Lucy said, giggling.
Edmund poked his little sister and said, "And you're not?"
"Actually, Susan had me pinch her, and I quite enjoyed that," Lucy replied.
"Lucy!" Susan said.
"Well, Susan, you DID ask for it," Emily said.
"Yes, and I hadn't realized how hard Lucy pinched until then," Susan said, trying to control her laughter. She reached out and poked Lucy, too.
"Hmm," Peter said, "I believe that I owe you a poke or two as well, Lucy."
Lucy backed away. "Oh no you don't!" she said.
Emily laughed. "You guys are a bunch of crazies!" she exclaimed.
Susan laughed too. "We are, we are, Emily!"
Lucy walked over to the target and pulled her dagger out of it. "Im going to take a short brake; would anyone care to join me?"

Edmund shook his head. "Nah. I got some more practicing to do."
"I should probably stick with him," Peter said.
As the two boys walked off, Lucy said, "I think Peter's afraid he might loose Edmund again if he let's him out of his sight."
"If Edmund was my brother, I'd probably feel the same way," Emily said. "I know that I would if that was Ryan."
Susan put her hand on Emily's shoulder.
"Thanks for being here for me," Emily said.
"Hey, what else are friends for?" Susan asked.
"Here, let me make a list for you," Lucy said.
"Lucy!" Susan said. "That's not what I meant!"
"I know," the little girl replied. "Come on, let's climb that little hill there! We'll be able to keep an eye on the boys from there."

Lucy then turned and began to walk up the hill. Susan and Emily followed her, laughing and talking. Susan was very glad to see such a change in Emily. The girl had been keeping her feeling bottled up inside for ages, afraid to let anyone help her, lest she be betrayed again. Seeing Emily so happy made Susan even more determinded not to let her down.
Lucy reached the top first. "Come on, slow pokes!" Lucy called. "I getting old up here!"
"Then why don't you come down here with us, you won't get old so fast!" Emily replied.
Lucy laughed. "Just hurry up, will you?"
"We're coming Lucy," Susan said.
By the time Susan and Emily reached the top, Lucy was fairly dancing with impatience. "What took you so long?"
Emily grinned.
"We took our time getting here," Susan said, giggling.
Lucy groaned. "I knew you'd do that!"
Susan smiled. "Come on, Lucy; let's find a spot to sit down where we can keep an eye on the boys."
The three girls sat down in the grass, chattering about all sorts of things and watching Peter and Edmund, who were practicing below them.
Suddenly, Mr. Beaver ran over to the two boys.
"Peter, Edmund! Come quickly! The Witch has demanded a meeting with Aslan!"
Peter and Edmund looked at each other, confused. Peter motioned for the girls to come down and follow them into camp.
