Prince Caspian Movie 2008

Maybe something will happen that'll bump it back to 2007. Don't worry, I'm disappointed too, but it could be like 2009 or 2010. Thank goodness it's not that far away.
 
I personally don't see why Prince Caspian Requires that much CGI? Well Maybe the last part, but still Its not like they're filming MN. Now that's going to require alot of special effects!
 
For one thing, Aslan and of course Reepicheep. And, considering how much detail went into Aslan, think of how much detail will go into all the other important characters. They'll have to make Reepicheep look as lifelike as Aslan.
 
Well, it's not been confirmed that they'll make all the movies, but they've optioned them for movie making. I think that if Prince Caspian is as popular as LWW, it will give the go-ahead, (and I know that they're going to film PC, VOTDT, and SC at the same time, but that's beside the point) to make the other films. I think if the first two films go off really well, then it'll kind of be a "vision" of how the other films will do.
 
Hmmm. I won't be 30. Maybe 50!!!! OK, maybe not that old. I'll be like...16. (I need to work on my math...;) ) Please let it be 2007. OK, so they gotta work on the effects and stuff. Well, hurry it up then! lol
 
if they moved it back a whole nother year, then i hope that it is really good! that is ok with me! cause that just means there are a lot more special affects and stuff!

thats what i was going to say. there not filming just one movie~theyll be shootin scenes for the other movies too...so its GOOD its as early as 2008! and then(from what i heard) theyll release another movie a year after PC.. :p
 
just think it could be worse they could not even make LB and MN and HHB so just be grateful and you also have to remember that this is just a possiblity
 
Sometimes you have to decide between getting it fast or getting the quality movie you want. I personally would rather wait, if it would really make that much difference in special effects to wait another year. Plus, the next few movies after that should come along faster, right??

Walden Media Outlines Narnia Series

Entertainment Weekly has an article outlining Walden Media’s plans for the future of the Chronicles of Narnia series of films.

The article also says that, according to Cary Granat (CEO, Walden), Prince Caspian may be bumped from 2007 to Christmas 2008 due to daunting effects demands. The article adds that Walden plans to use Prince Caspian, Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and The Silver Chair to create an interlocking trilogy that will be shot in order.

No official release dates have been announced for any of the upcoming films.
 
I'd rather wait until 2008 to see them do it right then to have them rush a bad job out the door. I wonder if they're just hung up on a Christmas release date, or if it'll really take that long to do the effects.
