Rangers of the Dancing Lawn!

ooc: Thanks IOWW, I'm so nervous, but it'll be fun! 
Just like Evil Twilight all over again! 
"All righty, if we're gonna stop the maraudin orcs, were gonna have to plan this out mateys." Twilight stopped to wipe her face and DVed the Rangers camp.
"Ahoy there mateys?"
"Twilight?" Called Fish who was working on distributing food to the Rangers.
"Aye, it be me. And I have news fer ye. We caught an orc and he was able to tell us where they're plannin on attackin next. Ye are by the Fords of Beruna, right? If ye could get a party up and sneak up on em? We're headin toward the dancin lawn."
"Right'o Twilight. And that small party of recoverin Rangers and assistant pirate gunners got sent towards the dwarves cave with the extra food this mornin. They'll be there tomorrow to help keep the dwarf colony safe and healthy."
"Arrr, good work matey. I'm gonna work on gettin some of the other Narnians to help us out here. I've sent a couple birds to scout ahead fer the orcs. They'll tell ye if yer gettin too close or if ye need to speed up, savvy? Saruman may think he's the Emporer, but ye must admit we have him outnumbered. Talk to ye later matey!"
Twilight finished reloading her weapons and she smiled at IOWW and the dwarves behind her.
"All righty then mates, let's head to the Dancin Lawn!" The little party headed through the woods, guided by the Ranger Eladin, who knew the woods better than any other in the party.

Suddenly an orc loomed up behind IOWW. It raised a scythe like weapon and roared a warning to the orc group. IOWW quickly bent over and rammed into the Orc's stomach. It bent over and she flipped it over her back and onto the ground where Twilight finished it off with a quick shot from a pistol.
"Well so much fer easy, eh?" Grinned Twilight as she pulled out more weapons. She charged into the fray, pistols and muskets blazing, and IOWW cleaned up the extra orcs that were attempting to strange the dwarves. Eladin shot orc after orc through the head with arrows that never seemed to miss. Twilight dropped a spent pistol and ran an orc through with her cutlass and turned with her pistol just in time to take out an orc that was about to chop her into two pieces. The dwarves ran around taking orcs off at the knees to help Twilight and IOWW finish them off with thier pistols.
Meanwhile back at the Ranger's camp, a squadron of orcs were slowly sniffing out the gathering of good guys. A sparrow spotted the marauding pack and swiftly flew toward the camp to warn the freedom fighters. However, sometimes orcs run faster than a sparrow can fly...
ooc: Time for some excitement at the Ranger's camp. Come back and fight Rangers and pirates!

The Captain was engaging in an argument with a fellow pirate when an arrow pass through her hat. "What in Aslan's name is going on!" she said as she got up to go outside the cave. When she finally got outside she was met with a group of orcs. She started walking back slowly when she called for Machia, "Matey! Where be everyone? I think you need to come out and see this."

"Cap'n, speaking of seeing things, there be something ye ought to see!" Panted Fish as she ran toward the captain and Machia. "Heard from a lil' birdie that there be Orcs snooping near the camp. We need to be ready to battle 'em. If a single survivor gits away, chances are whatever cover we have'll be blown. I say make sure every pirate 'n ranger be ready with their weapons. I'll have another group go on top of the cave above and ambush them from up there. Other than that, I'm ready to kill me some orcs! What was the Wizard thinking?!"

"Arr, it's been a long time since I've fought in a battle. Guess I'm a bit out of shape, eh?" She smirked to Twilight. After taking account of the wounded, all could see the sun had slowly started to rise above the trees.
"Well, looks like we've lost track of time..." Eladin spoke.
"Aye. Time flys when yer having fun..."IOWW added.
"We should head back to the Cave, Rest up, and then head back to the Rangers camp." Twilight told everyone. " It's been a fun, but exhausting night..." So, everyone headed back towards the Dwarf cave.

ooc- No, I don't believe the rangers are enemies of the Knights; Nor enemies of the pirates. We are still allied with the Knights, though...they've just...well...disappeared...LadyEm said:
We're currently about to overthrow Saruman, and his treacherous reign over Narnia. The Pirates and the rangers are currently working together, actually...can't imagine myself saying that a couple months ago, though...
