This movie definately exceeded my expectations. While I knew ahead of time that I was going to enjoy it since I loved the books so much and had seen the previews, I was nonetheless prepared for the standard liberties that Hollywood usually takes when turning a book into a movie. This film is not only well done but it stays true to the book. The only place it deviated much was at the beginning, but even that was tastefully done and did a fine job adding to the background information as to why the kids were being wisked away from London. The casting was superb, especially who they got for the parts of Lucy, Edmund, and the White Witch.
I wish desparately that I could take my two kids to see this film, but they're only 2 and 3 years old, so I guess I'll have to wait awhile.
I can't wait until Prince Caspian comes out!
