Review by Maddie
This movie was simply amazing! When I heard that it was coming out, I thought "ok, cool. But I'm not really interested." I saw it a few days after it came out with my friends, and we were all spellbound! I couldn't believe how well the story came to life. I had read the books, but I was not very interested in them. But now, after seeing the movie twice, I have reread the entire series three times and am reading them again. The movie really captured the characters well and made you feel like you actually knew the characters. This movie touches the heart of people all ages and I would suggest it to everyone. I am very excited to hear that Prince Caspian will most likely be filmed next, as it is one of my favourite books, and it seems more of a sequal to The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe than The Horse and His Boy. The music is also very capturing; it tells the mood very well. Harry Gregson-Williams is a wonderful composer. The children also played the parts very well to, especially Georgie Henley (Lucy). This movie touches the heart of people all ages and I would suggest it to everyone.
