Review by the Large Voice
I absolutely loved the movie! I've now seen it 3 times in the theatre...and each time it gets better and better!
The movie was very emotional to me, as I have been reading the books from age 7 on up!
So I cried when Lucy steps into the Spare room and sees the wardrobe, I cried when the tree blooms, I cried when Peter says, "We've come to see Aslan" and everyone is hushed and bows to their knees when Aslan appears! I cried during the stone table scene, and during the coronation...
In essence....I cried a lot!
My only complaint with the movie is Jadis, played by Tilda Swinton - she was cold, but I didn't think she seemed EVIL enough, if that makes any sense?!
