I've seen the movie 5 or 6 times. when i went to AMC and Regal movie theaters, cut out major scene. If you want the best adaption of the movie to the book is at The Cinemark theaters and it should say 2hours and 20 minutes. they cut out the giant, walking scene lucy & Mr. Tumnus, mr. beaver drinking beer in his dam. check out the longer version of the movie, so you see the best adaption from the book to the movie.
