Review by Laura_the_Just
I had never read the book when I first saw the preview. I wasn't at all interested but I had a friend say that "it was such an awsome movie, dude!" and I got curious. When I saw it, I LOVED it! I now WORSHIP Skandar Keynes (Edmund). My friends think I'm crazy (mostly because they all like Will)!
My favorite scenes are Lucy coming into the wardrobe, Lucy and Mr. Tumnis, the scene with Edmund and Mr. Tumnis, and especially the battle! Tilda (the white witch) scared me sooo much! I jump everytime she yells at Edmund for not bringing his family. She was incredible at being evil.
After seeing this movie, I was afraid to read the book, because I didn't want to think the book was soooo good that I would hate the movie.
That never happened!
I loved both and I'm now on the third book. Even if I didn't love Skandar as Edmund, he would be my favorite in the books! Does that mean I'm now going to love Eustace in the books too? Maybe...
Well, this movie is my favorite movie EVER! The best 2005 movie by far! I can't wait for the DVD to come out so I can see it everyday!
Lucy (Georgie), Peter (William), and Susan (Anna) were great, don't get me wrong, it's just that I LOVE Skandar! I also liked the beavers, they were really funny, but they were a little...never mind. The acting was awsome! Aslan was great!
Buy tickets right now, you! It's the best! But beware, it's quite INTENCE!
