I believe that without reading at least one of the books, this movie isn't great. I had read the books years ago and wanted to see the movie. The first time, I thought it was not great. The one thing it did make me do was read the books again. After reading the books, I needed something to do, so I decided to see the movie again. It was Mind Blowing. Read the books, watch the movies, have a great life!!!
