So what did I think about The Chronicles Of Narnia?

Well firstly I thought that the acting by the four Pevensie children was brilliant especially Lucy (Georgie Henley) because she is so young and to be able to remember all of her lines and to be able to cry when she wanted and needed to really amazed me. I really liked the way that Andrew captured both the imagination of Narnia and the Christian meaning. The script writing was out of this world. Throughout the film I was kept on the edge of my seat wandering what was going to happen next. I like to watch films which make you want to watch them over and over again even though you know what is going to happen and The Chronicles Of Narnia was one of those films. It was filled with adventure, mystery, religion and fantasy and sometimes everything that adults and children look for in a film.

The costumes were so precise and in full detail to the last stitch. I also thought that Andrew did a great job. He knew exactly what the audience would want to see, and without changing too much of the original story, he captured their attention. Unfortunately he could not film the whole story but he knew the parts that were not really that important and so he left those parts out but as for the parts that were important he captured them in such a way that makes you wish that you were in Narnia.

I was really impressed with the outcome of Aslan. Even though you knew it was special effects and Aslan was not really there you chose to believe that he was because he looked tremendously real along with the children's acting, when he was around them, anyone could have mistaken him for a real lion.

The creatures in Narnia were exquisite. The drawers that invented the creatures knew exactly what they wanted them to look like and exactly what the audience would want to see and without making them look to unrealistic they did exactly that. Also I was quite impressed with the way that the make up artist could make Peters army shine and look pure, Jadis army look dark, and hideous was beautiful. You could really see the contrast between the two armies and even if you were not told whose army was good and whose was bad you knew from the moment you saw them. Also the music in Narnia was like honey to my ears. I am a music fanatic. I love to listen to music and imagine what the video would look like from just listening to the words of the song and watching Narnia the music fitted each scene so perfectly it was unbelievable especially the one at the battle scene where there is a moment of silence creating suspense. It was absolutely brilliant.

All in all Narnia is one of those films that I will never forget and it will always be on of my favourites in years to come. I can not wait for Prince Caspian to come out because I know that it will be just as brilliant as this one and it may even be better.
