I saw the movie before I read the book, but immediately after I saw it I went out and read all 7. I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the books (except for Prince Caspian, which was boring and pointless), my favorite one being The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. The movie of LWW was a great retelling, I thought. The only issue I have is the order the movies are being made. Although they were written in that order, CS Lewis himself evaluated everything and chose to make the order as we all know it. I think it should have been done that way. Even though I hated the book, I can't wait for PC to be released. Even more, I can't wait for VDT.
