The moment I saw Lucy step into Narnia, I knew that I would love the movie! I have read the Narnia Chronicles over ten times. I so wanted the movie to be true to the books. I wasn't disappointed at all!
I loved the acting. The Pevensies were so convincing! Georgie Henley was so perfect. When Tumnus told her he was going to kidnap her you feel betrayed too. Skandar Keynes did a superb job. When you first meet the kids you feel that Edmund is not like the other three. You somehow know he's going to put them in danger. Anna Popplewell convinced me that she was the average, controlling big sister. The Stone Table scene won me over. Then I knew she was right. William Moseley WAS magnificent. I loved him from the beginning. Tilda Swinton, of course, did a wonderful job. I just loved to hate her. Liam Neeson's voice was EXACTLY how I imagined Aslan's.
All the other characters were so perfect I don't need to say anymore.
The landscape WAS Narnia. The beautiful woods, the dangerous mountains, and etc..
The costumes were equally delightful. They were excellently designed for each and every character.
I think that C.S. Lewis would be proud of this movie.
Overall, I enjoyed the movie much more than I can say, and Prince Caspian is much anticipated.
