Review by william's girl

5.0 / 5

where to start off.... this is by far the best movie i have ever seen in my whole life. i saw it eleven times in the theater (i am a freak, what can i say?) and eight times in the first week it was out on DVD. from the moment the movie started, i was captured, which is good since i have about a two second attention span. the characters- they are amazing. Georgie is seriously the cutest little girl i have ever seen, Skandar seems like he could have been my best friend since kindergarten (actually one of my friends is a lot like Skandar, and i have known him since kindergarten... weird...), Anna oh my goodness, i love her, she is beautiful and just all out wonderful. and last but certainly not least... William. oh my.... that is one hunky boy there. he is one of the best actors i ahve ever seen, but mainly by his facial expressions. the look that he has when he sees Edmund get stabbed makes me cry every time. i mean, he and ed had been fighting through out the whole movie, but as soon as ed gets hurt, his brotherly instinct comes on and nothing is going to stop him from saving his brother. to me, that is the best scene of the whole movie, and i cry right up until ed gets better and peter grabs him and hugs him and hes crying because hes happy that hes ok. seriously, it tears me up. the rest of the movie is amazing too. i especially like the frozen river scene, even though it isn't in the book, but it fit in so well with the movie that i really didn't notice. for anyone who hasn't seen it, i highly encourage them to. i am a huge lord of the rings fan, and i love it even more than them.
