The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe

This exciting book I am reviewing is called The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis. Some of the main characters are Lucy, Susan, Peter, Edmund, Mr. Tumnus, the Professor, Aslan, White Witch and the Beavers.

My favourite character is Aslan because he is the King and Lord of Narnia and he is brave, cunning, wise, courageous and he cares about everyone. He also dies for Edmund but luckily he comes back to life!

I think the most exciting bit in the book is when Aslan comes back to life and Lucy, Susan and Aslan prance and dance around Narnia then go to the Witch's castle and there Aslan puts all the creatures that have been frozen back to life. Also when the good side defeats the bad and the Witch dies.

The main ideas in the book are probably not to lie, respect your brothers and sisters and to teach other people about Jesus.

I would definitely recommend this book, I also recommend to get your tissues out but don't worry you do get to put them away. I give it a 9/10 because it is exciting, frightening, amazing and just really great! I would recommend it to people 8+!
