The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe is an exciting novel and was written by C.S Lewis. The main characters in this story are Lucy, Susan, Edmund and Peter but Mr Tumnus, Mrs Beaver, Mr Beaver, the White Witch and Alan are still very important.
The most exciting event in the story would have to be when Aslan kills the White Witch and the war is over. I also liked it when Aslan dies for Edmund and comes back to life and Aslan, Susan and Lucy leap to the witch's castle. The main idea in the story is to teach people about Jesus because when Aslan dies on the stone table it's like when Jesus dies on the cross.
I would recommend this book to people ages 6 and older and give it 8 out of 10 because you never really know what will happen next. It is a very extremely exciting book.
