For those of you who understand what an allegory is Lewis and Tolkien were the masters of the Christian allegory. You find honor, courage, and the need to give ones life for their friends attitude something of which you don't see in the garbage that Hollywood usually puts out. Both Narnia and Lord of the Rings are awesome. For those who did not know Lewis and Tolkien were born again Christians, who I believe wanted to make a difference. And whether you know it or not the books now movies are their ministeries to the generations. I enjoyed the first movie and I am sure that when the next one comes on DVD I'll add it to my collection. In my opinion Narnia and LOTR go hand in hand. <
