Rebekah sent us word of another Guest of Honor that will be appearing at TolCon: Peter Lyon, the Sword Master and creator of the “hero” swords in Lord of the Rings and “Peter’s Sword” (Rhindon) in The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, is our newest Guest of Honor at TolCon!

Quint from AICN reports with the first batch of reviews from the test screening of THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA: THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE. Right now we have two, one from a Lewis fan that loved it to death and one from a non-fan that thought it was filled with a lot of missed opportunities, though still enjoyed the movie.

Tehanu’s Set Report #3: Centaurs and Satyrs
The centaurs – three men and one woman – are standing with a kind of rig harnessed to their hips which provides the horse parts to their bodies. The back end of the horse is supported on a post that rides on a pair of small wheels.
