Review by Jaana
I went to see this movie on 23rd of December. It was the opening day of the movie here in Finland and the reason I decided to go see it was out of boredom. I had absolutely nothing else to do that day and I just thought I'd go and see the film. I'm so glad I did.
I fell in love with this movie. It completely blew me away. I cried in several scenes and some of them were not even supposed to make you cry! And when a movie can make me cry, it is bound to become one of my favourites. In some scenes I cried because it was sad and then in others I cried because the music was so breathtakingly beautiful! Harry Gregson-Williams has done a magnificent job with the music. The soundtrack as well as the movie deserves an Oscar or two.
The actors and actresses in this movie were brilliant but Georgie Henley, who played Lucy Pevensie, was my absolute favourite alongside James McAvoy who played the part of Mr. Tumnus. These two outshone everyone else, in my opinion.
A brilliant movie and a brilliant soundtrack. If there still is a person on this planet who hasn't seen this film already, I say to you: Go and let yourself experience the adventure of your life!
