This movie, directed by Andrew Adamson, is an excellent adaption of C. S. Lewis beloved children's novel. The film stays very true to the book, though there were a few minor disappointments(some of the lines from the book that were changed, or skipped altogether). But the wonderful thing about this first installment into the world of Narnia was how the filmmakers led you into a world of magic. The special effects, acting and music (a wonderful score composed by Gregson-Willliams) all help make this story come alive, and seem realistic. The children do a great job acting, and the white witch is superb, but there are a few awkward spots, especially with the talking animals and the Pevensies. Overall, this is a really, really good film!! I loved it both times i saw it!
