Hit stage production of C.S. Lewis’s The Screwtape Letters is returning to New York from December 12-30. This time the show will feature Brent Harris in the staring role of the devil Screwtape who mentors his nephew in the art of temptation. Brent has a history of taking on villainous roles including playing Scar in The Lion King (national tour) and has played Screwtape in a previous national tour of The Screwtape Letters.
Tickets are now available from Felowship for Performing Arts website and prices start from $75, but discounted $30 tickets are available for viewers under thirty years old. The show will be performed at Acorn Theatre in New York City’s Theatre Row.
This production of The Screwtape Letters comes from the same creative team that has previously developed C.S. Lewis shows The Great Divorce, Shadowlands, and C.S. Lewis: The Most Reluctant Convert (now touring). During a previous national tour of The Screwtape Letters NarniaFans interviewed creative director and original cast member Max McLean.
