“When a willing victim who had committed no treachery was killed in a traitor’s stead, the Stone Table would crack and Death itself would start working backward.” – Aslan. Death is defeated! Our Savior has risen from the dead! This is a glorious day of resurrection! The story of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe resembles a very important plot from The Bible, the sacrifice, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ or as we also call it, the greatest love story ever told to mankind. Edmund Pevensie resembles all of us -sinners. Jadis, the White Witch is the devil Satan and of course Aslan , great lion is Jesus Christ who died for Edmund (us) and rose again from the dead (deeper magic).
To remember this iconic scene from Narnia, this was recreated in Legos and Mega Bloks. The images below are representations of how it could have been if The Stone Table is reimagined in Legos and Mega Bloks. This creation was a project of mine that I have made a few years back and I wanted to share it with the rest of the Narnians and Narnia fans alike. Happy Resurrection Day Narnians!
Note
The Stone Table used from the second image to the last is from the Hasbro toy line Prince Caspian released in 2008
