Welcome to Tumnus’s Book Shelf where we review any and all books related to Narnia and CS Lewis! For this weeks review, we will be looking at The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian: The Official Illustrated Movie Companion

We know straight from themselves that Stephen McFeeley and Christopher Markus again share writing duties on Voyage of the Dawn Treader. We were also told that the third draft was recently completed. Now, writer Steven Knight joins them to help write it.

Designed as a high end collectible by Weta artist Stephen Crowe, who also designed armour and weaponry for the film, the Minotaur bust from Disney’s The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian was sculpted by Weta veteran Jamie Beswarick, and exudes power and determination, a superb follow-up piece to the energetic Warrior Satyr statue already announced.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Collector’s Edition boxset includes a whole DVD dedicated to special features including: a specially recorded interview which reunites the Pevensie children for the first time in 15 years; several classic Blue Peter ‘behind-the scenes’ clips from the late 1980’s; special effects, costume and set design features; outtakes and a quiz.

The first piece in the range of collectibles for Disney’s The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian that Weta announced earlier this month is now available to pre-order from Weta’s website.
