When I first heard that Disney was making "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe", I didn't imagine much from the movie. But it was actually really good! I thought the children acted really well, and Tilda Swinton was excellent in the role of the White Witch. The CG animals were OK, but they didn't look very realistic.
The scene in which the children hide from Macready and the tourists should've been kept, instead of having them hide because they broke an armor and a window. The scene in which the waterfall thaws wasn't really needed in the movie.
I didn't really like how the White Witch was represented, I imagined her with very dark hair and pale skin. I didn't like her costume, her hairdo or her make-up.
The music really went with the movie, and the costumes of the coronation scene were beautiful. This was a great movie altogether!!
