Review by Rachel

4.2 / 5

I really thought the movie was not only entertaining in many ways, but also interesting. The make-up for all the creatures...WOW! It must've been really hard. But, I believe all their hard work paid off. The music...BEAUTIFUL! It was amazing how they oculd put so much emotion and meaning into notes and eventually to create all that superb music! Amazing! The art direction was also fantastic! I was amazed at the artwork put into the movie. Acting: my favorite. I believed the people chosen to play the characters...were all simply perfect! My favorite were the "Pevensie" children...Edmund, Lucy, Peter, and Susan. I also liked the person who played the White Whitch. Wow! the cinematography was also very good...I liked their ability to capture imaginary places and make them look like reality. The costume design was really good. I thought that the battle scene, where William Moseley (Peter) and Skander Keynes (Edmund) were in armor and helmets, was especially cool. Directing...wow. Altogether, the director and co-directors and everyone else...they made it possible! They made it what it was...unexplainable for words! The special effects people were good too. Loved all the amazing special effects...like the ice thing. Editing was also really good...I think they did a good job. And last, the screenplay...do I really have to say it again? AMAZING!
That's the only word I can use to describe how great it was.
