Narnia Risk Junior takes the broad shape of Risk and cuts it down to a friendlier licensed version built around the battle against the White Witch. It is still combat-forward, but it lives in the family game lane, not the all-night strategy lane.
The appeal here is less about heavy tactics and more about seeing a familiar mass-market board game mapped onto the first film.
Compared with the other Narnia tie-ins, this is one of the clearest "big box shelf" releases from the Disney period.
