Background

Glimfeather is the owl who becomes one of the most useful allies Jill, Eustace, and Puddleglum find in The Silver Chair. He belongs to the world of night and watchfulness, which makes him a fitting guide in one of the darker Narnian stories. He is not flashy, but he is observant and dependable, and those qualities count for a great deal in a quest full of missed signs and dangerous misunderstandings.

Personality

He comes across as courteous, practical, and far more competent than his modest place in the cast might suggest. Glimfeather is not written as a grand heroic personality.
