Lord Scythley is a Telmarine court figure in Walden’s Prince Caspian and one of the nobles used to flesh out Miraz’s political circle. Some expanded materials and fan discussions tie him more closely to the royal family, but the safest plain reading is that he is part of the film’s enlarged Telmarine court rather than a developed Lewis character.
